About

More than a place to cheer.
A place to grow up.

Training Champions Since 2009

How It Started

A Dream Built By Athletes.

F3T began with a group of athletes who loved cheer and dreamed of creating a place of their own.

A place where they could coach.
A place where they could train.
A place where they could give other athletes the opportunity to experience the sport they loved.

What started as a dream became a program.
The program became a community.
And the community became a family.

For more than a decade, that family has continued to grow. Athletes who once walked through the doors as children have grown into leaders, coaches, college athletes, and mentors for the next generation.

The faces change.
The teams grow.
The athletes get older.
But the heart of F3T remains the same.

More Than A Place To Cheer

This Is Where They Grow.

At F3T, we get to see the parts of an athlete that most people never see.

The excitement when they finally get the skill.
The smile when they realize they can do something they once thought was impossible.
The confidence that slowly starts to show up outside of practice.
The friendships that become part of their childhood.

The little moments that parents may not realize will become some of their child's favorite memories.

We take pride in caring for our athletes. We want them to feel seen. We want them to feel supported. And we want them to know that being part of F3T means being part of something bigger than themselves.

But caring about our athletes doesn't mean lowering the standard.

We believe you can love an athlete deeply and still hold them accountable.

We expect them to show up.
To work.
To listen.
To respect their teammates.
To take correction.
To keep learning.
To take pride in what they do.

Because we aren't interested in simply making athletes comfortable. We're interested in helping them become the best version of themselves.

Built With Purpose

We Build More Than Skills.

Every skill has a foundation. So does every athlete.

We train technique.
We train strength.
We train confidence.
We train discipline.
We train teamwork.
We train accountability.

We train athletes to trust themselves and the people beside them. And when they are ready, we give them the opportunity to see what all that work can produce.

Because we believe training should lead somewhere. We want our athletes to see results. We want them to compete. We want them to succeed. We want them to chase goals that once felt too big.

And when they step onto that competition floor, we want them to know they belong there.

The Legacy

You Don't Just Join F3T.

You Become Part Of Its Story.

Since 2009, athletes have grown up inside these walls.

Some came in as little kids.
Some found their confidence here.
Some found their closest friends here.
Some discovered that they were capable of far more than they imagined.
And some eventually came back to give the next generation what F3T gave them.

That is one of the things that makes this place special.

"The people who were once being coached become the people doing the coaching."

Championship Accomplishments

We Win.

And We Know How To Deliver Results.

F3T athletes have traveled across the country representing their gym in places like:

Fort Lauderdale  ·  Palm Beach  ·  Tampa  ·  Orlando  ·  New Orleans  ·  Nashville  ·  Dallas  ·  Houston  ·  Las Vegas  ·  Indianapolis

We've competed. We've succeeded. We've brought home championships. We've earned opportunities to compete on some of the biggest stages in the sport.

Through the years, F3T has racked up win after win, taking the podium at some of the most competitive events in the sport, from NCA Nationals to The Summit to Worlds. Banner after banner, season after season, our athletes have shown up and delivered.

And we are proud of every one of them. Because winning matters. The work matters. The standard matters. The results matter. But what makes us proudest is knowing what our athletes had to become to achieve them.

We don't choose between being a family and being competitive.
We believe we can be both.

Where Champions Train

Championship Is A Standard.

"Where Champions Train" has never meant that every athlete needs to leave with a trophy.

It means we expect our athletes to bring their best.
To challenge themselves.
To be coachable.
To be accountable.
To celebrate the person next to them.
To care about their team.
To care about their growth.
To keep raising their own standard.

Because the strongest athlete isn't always the one who has the most skills. Sometimes it's the athlete who has learned how to believe in herself.

How to lead.
How to communicate.
How to show up.
How to take responsibility.
How to keep becoming better.

That is the champion we are building.

OTOFOG
One Team.
One Family.
One Goal.

Some traditions are created. Others become part of who you are.

Where OTOFOG Began

A Tradition Born From F3T's Family.

OTOFOG came from Nyree Gaines, one of the athletes who was there at the beginning of F3T. As the program grew and athletes grew alongside it, the words became a reflection of the family we had become.

One Team. Because your team may change, but you are still F3T.

One Family. Because the people beside you become part of your journey.

One Goal. To grow, succeed, support one another, and become the best versions of ourselves.

Nyree eventually grew from being one of F3T's first athletes into becoming one of the coaches helping develop the next generation. That is F3T. You grow here. And sometimes, you come back and help someone else grow too.

Coach Michael Gordon was one of the original coaches who helped build F3T. His impact on this family is something we continue to carry with us.

When we lost him, we didn't want his story to end. We wanted his influence to continue living through the athletes, coaches, and culture he helped shape. And so M.I.K.E. G became part of that legacy.

M.I.K.E. G became a reminder of what we want our athletes to receive during their time at F3T. Motivation to keep going. Inspiration to believe in what is possible. Knowledge to continue learning. Emotion to care about what they do and the people around them. And guidance to know that they never have to figure everything out alone.

At the end of practice, our teams still come together and break with: Always Ask For G. A tradition passed from one generation of athletes to the next.

A Legacy That Remains

Some Legacies Live In The Walls.

Coach Michael Gordon was one of the original coaches who helped build F3T. His impact continues through the athletes, coaches, traditions, and values that remain inside these walls.

Every time an athlete is encouraged to keep going.
Every time a coach pours into an athlete.
Every time a team comes together at the end of practice.
A little piece of that legacy continues.

"We don't just remember where we came from. We carry it with us."

The People Of F3T

This Is The Part That Doesn't Show Up On A Score Sheet.

It's the coach who knows when your child needs to be pushed.
It's the teammate who celebrates when they finally get their skill.
It's the parent who watches from the lobby.
It's the athlete who stays after practice because they aren't ready to give up yet.

It's the little athlete watching the older team and thinking: "One day, that's going to be me."

It's the friendships. The inside jokes. The competition days. The team dinners. The celebrations. The traditions. The pictures. The memories. The years.

"It's watching your child grow up." And realizing that some of the people who helped shape them are standing right there beside you.

We Take Pride In Caring For Our Athletes.

We celebrate their progress. We encourage their dreams. We challenge them to grow. And we want them to know that their place at F3T is about more than what they can do on a mat.

"It's about who they are becoming."

Leadership

Continuing The Home That Was Built.

As their daughters grew up inside F3T, so did their connection to the program and the family surrounding it. Their commitment is about more than running a gym. It's about protecting a culture. Creating opportunities. Caring for athletes. And making sure the next generation has a place where they can grow just like the generations before them.

Where Champions Train

Your Child's Story Could Start Here.

Maybe it starts with a cartwheel.
Maybe it's their first stunt.
Maybe it's their first competition.
Maybe they're looking for a team.
Maybe they're looking for confidence.
Maybe they're just looking for somewhere they belong.

Whatever brings them through our doors, our goal is the same.

To give them a place to grow.
A place to be challenged.
A place to be supported.
A place to build friendships.
A place to discover what they are capable of.
A place where they can learn skills that will take them far beyond the cheer floor.

And maybe, years from now, they'll look back at the place where it all started. And realize: F3T wasn't just where I cheered. It was where I grew up.

Welcome To F3T.
