Coaches Kittens, Royal Catz & Minnie Catz · Teaches Stretch & Backhandspring 101
Amber has been involved in cheerleading since she was 6 years old. She was part of F3T from 2010 through 2020, then cheered at Top Gun Lady Jags in 2021 and Stingray All Stars Orange in 2022, where she won Worlds. She cheered four years of sideline and competition cheer at Cooper City High School, where she served as team captain, and all four years at Kennesaw State University in sideline and competitive cheer, competing at NCA College Nationals before returning to F3T as a coach.
Amber specializes in all aspects of stunting and performance, and is comfortable coaching any part of cheerleading: stunting, stunt technique, flyer technique, tumbling, jumps, flexibility, conditioning, routine technique, and competition preparation.
Her coaching style is encouraging, energetic, technical, intentional, and athlete-focused. She wants athletes to do more than perform a skill; she wants them to understand their technique, know exactly what to improve, and leave training with more confidence in themselves.
What she loves most about coaching is watching an athlete finally get something they had been working toward, especially when they once believed they couldn't do it.
“A dream without motion is just stagnant potential. Put action behind what you see for yourself.”
All aspects of stunting and performance.
Basing, flying, and stunt timing, built rep by rep.
Skill-specific development from first attempt to competition-ready.
Current F3T teams; also teaches Stretch and Backhandspring 101.
To Amber, OTOFOG means knowing you're part of something bigger than yourself: supporting each other, holding each other accountable, and remembering everyone is working toward the same goal. It means creating an environment where athletes know they belong, feel supported, and understand their success contributes to the success of the team.
