Tumbling, Flyer and Stunt Support, Competition Preparation.
Coach Hailey brings 13 years of All-Star cheer experience to F3T, including six years as an F3T athlete and one year cheering at the collegiate level. Now in her second season coaching at F3T, she is passionate about helping athletes build confidence, develop strong technique, and grow both on and off the mat.
Her coaching style is supportive, structured, accountable, and team-focused. She especially enjoys working with elementary and middle school athletes in tumbling and flyer and stunt development.
For Coach Hailey, coaching is about more than learning a new skill. It is about building relationships, trusting the process, and helping athletes become the best version of themselves.
“The best part of being an F3T coach is getting to watch my athletes grow. Not just in their skills, but in their confidence, friendships, and who they are as people.”
