Meet the F3T Athletes Learning What it Means to Lead, Support, and Encourage others in the Gym.
The F3T Junior Coaching Program gives dedicated athletes the opportunity to develop leadership skills, gain hands-on coaching experience, and learn what it takes to be a positive role model both inside and outside the gym.
Junior Coaches assist our coaching staff during classes, camps, clinics, and other gym activities. They may help demonstrate skills, encourage younger athletes, assist with drills, help maintain organization, and support coaches throughout practices. This program allows athletes to begin learning the responsibilities of coaching while continuing to grow as athletes themselves.
Junior Coaches can also earn community service hours through their participation in the program. Hours are earned based on the time spent assisting with approved F3T classes, camps, clinics, events, and other designated activities.
Junior Coaches are responsible for recording their hours and having them verified by an F3T coach or staff member. These documented hours can be used toward school, scholarship, club, or other approved service-hour requirements.
Junior Coaching is more than helping in the gym. It is an opportunity to build leadership, responsibility, communication, confidence, and real-world experience while giving back to the F3T community.
I wanted to become a Junior Coach because I wanted to get more involved with the gym, give back to the F3T community.
